In the face of complex community management, perfect, sustained community participation is an effective solution to problems of city community management is one of the important methods in. The community is the inevitable product of the development of modern civilization, the community management with community formation and existence, and in the social development and modernization construction has the important position and role, to accelerate our country city to change a course, city community management is more important. China’s city community management is with the development of market economy and the rise, especially in the present building a harmonious socialist society, to strengthen and improve community management appears particularly important. As we all know, community involvement in management can be divided into personal participation, organization participating in a formal way of participation in three, and personal involvement in community engagement is the most important and the most basic form, that is what we call the public participation. At present, the city community management in China is still in the innovation and perfect stage, city community participation degree and depth seriously affects the development of the community, to pay attention to the problems and research put forward the related countermeasure, for the improvement of China’s city community management has very important practical significance.In the introduction of this paper mainly study on the community management of our country public participation in the research background and significance, and a combination of domestic and foreign literature regarding this question carries on the contrast research, explains the domestic and foreign scholars on this issue research. At the same time, also introduced in the thesis the basic concepts, this paper studies the content, way of thinking and research methods, through the list of these reveals the Innovation acting method.The paper first studied in the paper through theoretical research are expounded, the governance theory in the management of city community public participation in guiding roles are described, the existing problems and provides theoretical support.Secondly, this study is the core of our city community management in the present situation of public participation in the situation described, through a series of problems, mainly in two aspects:internal and external, in motivation mechanism, is the main public participation consciousness is not strong, the lack of corresponding dynamic excitation mechanism and participation reason is inadequate to too much randomness; in conditions, mainly because of a lack of relevant legal system of the protection, the lack of the corresponding mechanism, the public can participate in the community management mode and ways are more single, community autonomy degree is low to stand on one’s own activities, finally, is a community service level and the capacity is weak, can not satisfy the public demand. In the following discussion, this paper mainly adopts the questionnaire to local typical street in the community of sampling investigation, formed a findings report to objective image display of local community residents for community management in the situation, to find the problem, to solve the problem to provide objective basis.Finally, through summing up the above, how to improve China’s city community management in the public participation to raise some countermeasures and suggestions, mainly including:clear public participation in important position, raise the public to participate in community management main body consciousness, improving the relevant laws and regulations, the use of new city community management model, to increase the city community infrastructure investment, to improve public participation in the platform and improve the community service level.Community construction, especially the city community management system construction importance already more and more get the attention of social all circles, the cause about China’s construction of socialist modernization and building the harmonious society, the community residents participate in the depth and breadth of seriously affecting the city community can develop better, therefore, we must pay enough attention to this problem, based on the discovery of the problems, find out the way to solve this problem, a better benefit of billions of people and harmonious society.This paper studies the current society city community public participation is not high not deep causes and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and methods, the research for our country to improve the urban community management of public participation has a great reference value and significance.
