Study On Common Higher School Invest Sources In Inner Mongolia

In recent years, Inner Mongolia the rapid growth of economy, cause of social concern, this rapid development momentum is called the "Inner Mongolia phenomenon".But behind the Inner Mongolia’s rapid economic growth there are many problems, after Analysis these problems we found that the development of Inner Mongolia economic urgently needs the rapid progress of science and technology and high quality personnel. So Inner Mongolia emergently need to increase the human capital investment. A high level of human capital can promote product-technical innovation; promote the upgrading of industrial structure and increase people’s income. But the most basic form of human capital investment is education investment. Based on the reality of in Inner Mongolia, we need to develop the higher education.The development of Higher education’s key is the plenty source of funds. Education funds directly influence the scale and quality of higher education development. This paper focuses on analyzing the channel of common higher school funding sources of Inner Mongolia, and compare with common higher schools of other areas. Analysis the source channel’s present situation, the existence question, the reasons and potential situation.
