With the continuous development of education and teaching, teacher professionaldevelopment and occupational social issues have been the key factors to solve theproblems of school education and deepen education reform, as the beginning of theteachers’professional socialization, the social issues of intern teacher in the processof educational has been gradually walked into people’s vision. To play a social role ofteacher is the key important in the intern teacher’s socialization process. Therefore,how much changed of cognition of intern teacher about the teachers’ role in thesocialization process, is very meaningful to help us to build further insight into theprofessional socialization process of intern teachers.This essay is based on socialization,the theory of social role concept, analysis andsummary of research about existing student teacher socialization and the cognition ofthe role,thus the cognitive dimensions of intern teachers for the role of teachers isdivided into three dimensions: the skills of teachers in the role; the relationshipbetween teachers and other groups; awareness of ethics and responsibilities ofteachers’ role. on this basis, the author self-designed questionnaire to collect data, gotknowledge of the role of cognitive change through the pre-test and post-test dataanalysis, comparison, in college D ’students in the internship process. In addition,analyzed and categorized the influencing factors of the role of cognitive changed inthe socialization process of intern teachers according to pre-and post-interviews andthe meeting. Finally, gave some suggestions to help intern teacher form the rightcognition of teachers’ role in socialization process.This study found that: Firstly, Compared with participation in educationpractice,after the end of the internship, the dimension of knowledge about teachers’role, the dimension about the teachers’ role and external relations have occured thecognitive changed about the improved of attention. In the dimension of teachers’ rolesand responsibilities,the degree of attention of intern teacher happened to be a slightdeclined. Secondly,during the educational practice, people and environment is theimportant factors to affect the cognition of role in the socialization process of internteachers, the human factors include two: self-formed and others caused, such as theindividual’s early experience, self-passion of teaching,the instructor from practiceenvironment, students and fellow intern teachers; the environmental factors includeschool environment and classroom environment, campus culture and management of construction in school environment and the objective conditions and teachingresources in classroom have influence on the cognitive change of role in the internteacher socialization process. Finally, the researcher summarized the close contact ofthe cognitive change of role and the socialization of intern teachers, mainly as follows:the role of cognitive change showing the regularity of social development, theinfluence of the role of cognitive change by the development impact of social factors,the socialization process affected by the role of cognitive change results, andproposed recommendations: the awareness of the role about the training of internteachers, follow the student teachers’ social regularity in a timely manner to assist andguide and optimize the primary and secondary school guidance of teachers selection.
