As everyone knows, information technology can add text, graphics, video,animation and other media that carry the information integrated together, into thepreparation of teaching courseware. It can not only to students to quickly provide richand colorful set map, text, sound in body teaching information, but also can providestudents with a lively, friendly, diversified interactive mode, the appropriate use ofinformation technology to support teaching, can stimulate students’ interest in learning,improve teaching effect. In recent years, experts, scholars have carried outinformation technology application research, intended to improve the informationtechnology application situation, improve the level of education, but most of theresearch focused on the large and medium-sized city, to remote areas of research is farinsufficient. In view of this phenomenon, the author of the Jilin Province remote areasof information technology education in primary and secondary schools in theapplication were investigated, based on the experience of the Dell tower, cognitivetheory, constructivism learning theory and constructivism theory, key to takeinterviews of the city schools, English, Chinese mathematical subject36teachers tocommunicate, grasp of the information technology in the primary and middle schoolthe application status, the integration of information technology with curriculumproblems is the impact of information technology in primary and secondary schoolsteaching the application of the biggest obstacles, mainly in the application ofinformation technology, as a trend, ignoring the teaching philosophy of teachingeffect of using information technology means to replace; experimental teaching;reverses the roles of teachers and students; information technology and disciplineintegration; the neglect of the traditional teaching method the role. Aiming at theseproblems the author thinks from the teaching guarantee system, construction ofteachers, advanced teaching theory and construction of new teaching mode proceedwith, solve the remote areas of information technology applied in teaching bottleneck.
