In recent years, improve the rural teachers’ quality, improve the construction of rural teachers team are the important theme in the new period of our country new age. In the promote of the process of primary and middle school teachers’ specialization, if want to improve the quality of teachers in rural, the key is to improve the rural teachers’ professional disciplines knowledge, skills, attitudes and virtue, etc. Among that, the ability of rural teachers’ educational technology is a necessary part of the quality, and is also one of the important symbol in their professional development. Therefore, if want to promote the comprehensive education informationization in China, realize the grand goal of the education modernization as early as possible, that improve the teachers’education technology ability of countryside elementary school is particularly important and imperative.In the December of2004, the national ministry of education issued "the primary and middle school teachers’ education technology ability standard (try out)" namely China promulgated the first reference standard about the primary and middle school teachers’ education technology ability. Since the implementation of that in2005, since the remote, poor economic conditions, the number of teachers is less restricted the development of teachers’ educational technology ability in rural primary and secondary schools, if want to improve teachers’ educational technology ability in primary and secondary school, we should catch on promotion the level of teachers’education technology ability in our country rural primary and secondary school.This paper tries to put the rural elementary school teachers in jilin as the research subject, considering the teacher educational technology ability has the characteristics of the subject, so select of rural primary school of jilin province teachers,want to research the educational technology ability of the Chinese language teachers. Present, the research of educational technology ability of Chinese language teachers in countryside elementary school is certain enrichment and development in theory, but the educational technology capability of Chinese language teachers studies show slightly weak in practice.The article adopts questionnaire survey to give priority to, based on the interview of empirical research, supplemented by the educational technology capability of the teachers of Chinese language in jilin province rural primary school. The questionnaire is about the basic personal information of Chinese language teachers in countryside elementary school in jilin province, the understanding about the primary school Chinese curriculum standard, teachers’ awareness and attitude to the use of educational technology, the mastery of the basic knowledge and basic skills of educational technology, the application of the educational media, the status of the infrastructure construction and teaching resource construction in Chinese language education in rural primary school, teachers of Chinese language combine educational technology with subject will be designed in the survey. Tries to get the present situation and the existing problems of teachers’ educational technology ability of Chinese language teachers in countryside elementary school of jilin province. That is teachers’ educational technology ability in the Chinese language teaching plays less in the countryside elementary schools, teachers have less opportunities to participate in the training, the inadequacy of educational technology related infrastructure and teaching resource construction in rural elementary schools, there is difficult for teachers to obtain the educational resources, the ability of media application of teachers of Chinese language is weak in some parts, the ability of Chinese language teachers combine educational technology with subject is low in the rural elementary schools. Through analysis and sorting the data, the way we want to improve the teachers’ educational technology ability is that in the countryside elementary schools, teachers should be actively encouraged to play educational technology in the Chinese classes, strengthen the educational technology training for Chinese language teachers in countryside elementary schools, improve the educational technology related infrastructure and teaching resource construction in rural elementary schools, improve the ability of Chinese language teachers that combine educational technology with subject in the rural elementary schools, so as to provide some reference for researchers.
