With the idea of human resources management go deep into the organization’s management activities, schools are also making use of the method to manage the daily activities of the school. Kindergarten, elementary, junior and senior high integrated schools have its own characteristics, so schools’ human resources management has a special significance in the integration schools. Through a case study of an integrated school, the paper has analyze the current situation of schools’human resources management, point out the problems, and put forward suggestions to improve with analyze its causes. The study suggests that the integrated schools have many problems such as inadequate human resources development, human irrational allocation of resources, human resources performance evaluation is unreasonable, and not pay enough attention to teacher training, school salary management is not perfect. The root of those problems lies not only in the external environment, but also lies in their own environment, not only is the national education system problems, but also be closely linked to the lack of correct concept. According to the problems and causes, the paper designs a program of schools’human resources management focused and proposes a more detailed program design from the human resources planning, recruitment, configuration, development and evaluation salary link, and make an effect analysis for this program.
