“Problem enriched instruction and activities enriched instruction” is the task-based,teacher-led and student-centered teaching model,in which,knowledge in textbook is designed asproblems and then the problems are transformed to the activities in class. In the teaching process,students’ learning task is as the foundation which is used to stimulate the students’ positive mindand thinking and explore class activities. It will help instructional design carry out, stressing thatafter organizing class activities, teachers should rethink about the teaching design, optimize andadjust the teaching model and form the perfect teaching system.The paper includes four parts. The first part is to expound the teaching model “problem andactivities enriched instruction”。Combined with the purpose and meaning of the new curriculumteaching,it also analyzes the achievements and shortages of domestic and overseas study on“problem and activities enriched instruction”, based on which,the idea of constructing thisteaching model is put forward. The second part is to elaborate in details the concept related to theteaching model “problem and activities enriched instruction” and to analyze the theoryfoundation of this teaching model in the new curriculum. The third part is practical study on thedesign principle of “problem and activities enriched instruction”. Firstly, it elaborates what theteaching model of “problem and activities enriched instruction” is, analyzing the foundationprinciple of it; secondly, the design strategy of this teaching model is put forward; at last, it isabout the teaching evaluation of the design of this teaching model. The forth part is the analysison implementation effect, the conclusions of the paper and the recommendations.
