The new course standard covers as follows:“Maths Course” should look to objectivetrainning’s execution during education, which is against all the students,adopting to theirneeds of personality development.As a result,each individual can be well educated on maths.Every different one would make different improvement accordingly. Teachers shouldtake it as the basis of the studuents’ cognition level and existing experience with their eyes onheuristic method and teaching to their own strenghs.Our school firstly carried out in2003about teaching method of “subject hierarchy” with such a principle by including “mix-formedclasses”,‘teaching as per individual nature’,’fully development’, which maily purpose is todevelop study confidence on maths, then more valuable maths-studying gained by everystudent.In that case, how to fruitfully carry out “hierarchy teaching”? what’s the bestteahching way of” hierarchy teaching”? And how to set up implement teaching targetaccording to studuents’ actual ability after “hierarchical manner”? meanwhile, how doteachers participate such teaching research? One more thing, how to make such reasonableevaluation for demixing student? In the light of ‘hierarchy teaching’,our school also haveorganized a group of teachers to develop Further research by continiously summing upexperience.In Mar,.2008,I made a statement of basic subject regarding <<Development on“Same Subject-Different resolution>>,which was approved with improvement on maths-demixing teaching and implementation on effective research. This thesis is based on newcourse’s background and according to our understanding of students’ condition at thatstage,fully absorbing and using advanced teadching theory and experience for ref. It hasbeen brought into this research consisting of “material-build theory”,“Newest developmentzone”,“Multi-intelligence”. Meanwhile,it provides enough basis for this research.Therefore,this practical teaching research as per <<Same subjectg-Different resolution>> has achievedthe goal as expected.We’re clear about the meaning of teaching on <<Samesubjectg-Different resolution>> and the way of development, basic strategy of hierarchyteaching,evaluation scheme etc.and has greatly evolved a typical resolution with promotionvalue.The fact indicates that this research has considerably concluded teaching regime of“Same subject-different method”, teaching strategy and evaluation scheme.It has generallyapproved by teachers,helping the students make change on studying attidude. Relatively,theirmain consciousness/will/personality quality has been developed.And theachers’ theoryattainment and scientific research level also improved unceasingly.Furthermore,both theirresponsibility sense&sense of achievement are enhanced.
