Education is one of the main channels for transmitting culture; similarly, the bestway of National Cultural Inheritance is the National Music education. The current,although the national authorities are very concerned about the educational problemsof minorities, but on the first line of ethnic minority music teaching, especially inremote areas, still faced with the limited status of teaching resources, single teachingmethod, the development and implementation of school-based curriculum is not good.So, how to examine minority basic music education from the cultural dimension, thenational culture runs through in education, to inherit of traditional national Musicculture generation to generation, and so many problems, It is worth for educators toseriously thinking.This paper is about primary school music education of the ethnic minority musicteaching, basis on the investigation of developments in the music of Meilis DaurDistrict, survey the status quo of two ethnic primary in Music Teaching, raised thequestion of Music Teaching, explore the importance of national music in school musiceducation, and how to take effective methods and strategies in the local. The paper isdivided into four parts: The first part is the introduction. Mainly discussesthe background and significance of the topic, and review status of related research,and describes the main research methods and sample selection. The second sectiondescribes the basic profiles of the Meilis Daur District and the main genre of nationalmusic in the form Zahn Dalle, Hakumile,Wu Qin. The third part details theinvestigation on music teaching of the two ethnic primary of the Meilis Daur District.The paper analyzed the difficulties and the problems of three aspects, students, teachers and classes, based on questionnaires and the professional attitudes from some relative person. The fourth part proposed specific methods for the Meilis Daur District ofNational Music teaching of teaching content, teaching methods, extra-curricularactivities. Proposed the concept of adhering to the teaching of National Music, use ofresources to develop school-based textbook, strengthen national teacher post training,through the joint efforts of the towns and schools to enrich the campus culture.
