Since the nine years of compulsory education English curriculum standard in the nationwide since the implementation of promotion. The English curriculum standard and the implementation of research is on the rise. These studies generally start from the front: study new instructional methods and curriculum implementation, teaching approach, teaching strategies and so on we do that before tell us how to do. But to "do it" meet "disorder" this how to realize and eliminate problems. The researchers do not see more. Especially from the point of view of the nationwide rural secondary schools accounted for the majority of secondary schools throughout the country, the implementation of the curriculum standards "obstacles" and even more and more universal, therefore, from the middle school practice the process of encounter "problems" and "obstacle" to start,"research is very necessary to understand and solve these practical problems, the removal of obstacles"Through the years of personal teaching practice and relevant surveys and studies, The author through years of personal teaching practice and the related investigation and study. For the countryside junior middle school implement English curriculum standard met "disorder" summed up three aspects. From the teacher the teachers ’point of view, mainly is the traditional teaching concept and ability quality caused by the lack of "disorder"; From students to see, mainly is the study foundation weak, the lack of autonomous learning method, rely on strong psychological "disorder". From the teaching material view, compared with the urban students, the existence of rural students in large amount of words, class tight, the lack of the curriculum resources "disorder". In view of these "disorder", the author puts forward three countermeasures:for the teachers should learn in repairing, and constantly improve; Students should study method, experience success; as for the textbook emphasis on classroom teaching should be drawn from life.These countermeasures in practice proved to be in effect, they can help us smoothly implementing the new curriculum teaching, in order to contribute to the realization of the objective of the course.This study is an important basis for compulsory education "English curriculum. standard" and a series of new curriculum teaching theory, according to the principle of integrating theory with practice, in the discovery in practice, this paper discusses problem, seek countermeasures, to carry out experiments. The experimental research in teaching practice can be changed teachers’education concept, from the traditional education teaching idea to emancipate himself, from passive to active, and actively implement the new curriculum teaching; Students in teachers must be under the guidance of the research method, and gradually with independent learning English ability, to adapt to and meet its further study or communication needs, cultivate their interest in learning English and application ability, better implementation of the English curriculum standard requirements which strongly promote the realization, of the objective of the course.
