The college Ideological and Political Theory course has many years history. Since1949, it has become an important content of the college education. Although the college Ideological and Political Theory course teaching has gone through many setbacks, it always occupies an important place. For strengthening further and improving college students’ideological and political work, the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China technically sent out No.16Documents that under the current new situation of international home we must strengthen college students’ideological and political work in2004. However, in practice, there was a bad phenomenon that some students did not like the ideological and political theory course. So how to enhance the actual effect of it, from human nature view, also become the focus that people think.Form the human nature theory view, the paper discussed several questions as following:what is college ideological and political lesson effective teaching? What are its meaning and feature? Why the education should be effective? How to make it effective? Through the study of these questions, hope they can provide reference for further strengthening and improving the ideological and political theory course teaching work.The paper is from seven parts:Part1:Introduction. Elucidating the research background, significance, present research situation of home and abroad and research methods, provided theory basis for the effective teaching research of the ideological and political lesson.Part2:The paper took effective teaching theory as key point, analysed the basic connotation and important characterization of the ideological and political lesson, which aimed at providing the fundamental basis for a profound understanding of the standardization of the thought political lesson effective teaching.Part3:Through the study of the development of the human nature basic theory and analysis its influence on the thought political lesson, it might provide theory support for improving the thought political lesson effective teaching.Part4:The ideological and political education was as a historical category. The paper discussed the origin of the thought political lesson from the perspective of historical development.Part5:Uder the human nature basic theory, through the analysis of the remarkable characteric of the thought political lesson in foreign universities, such as its teaching aim, teaching content, teaching mode, teaching process and so on, provided the practical basis for the thought political lesson effective teaching in China.Part6:On the basis of the questionnaire, interview and emperimental research, knew the current situation of college thought political lesson teaching, and analyzed forward effect factors of college thought political lesson effective teaching.Part7:According human nature theories, for better carries on the college thought politics theory class teaching, the paper made the following suggestions to some existing issues relating to the college thought politics theory class teaching: transforming the teacher’s teaching concept, raising their personal charm; the combination of theory with practice, highlights the life-style college ideological instruction lesson; Avoiding rebellious attitude, improving the accessibility of the college thought politics theory class; constructing the good college ideological and political education ecological environment to meet the demand of ideological and political education need of college students.
