Weak schools as one of the consequences of the unbalanced development in China’s basic education, it directly affects the teaching quality of basic educaton,but also may lead to many social problems. Because of basic education plays a global, fundamental and pilot role in national economic and social development,.Therefore balanced development of basic education has brought unprecedented attention. Weak school improvement is not only educational circles and social concerned hot, but also our government, and the education department top priority.Our countries have payed more attention to the development of weak school, and the hardware facilities have got obvious improvement. On this basis, internal development of the weak school is particularly important. Therefore, this study will emphasize weak schools itself to explore the weak school’s realistiv choice in the current policy environment, and all kinds of insiders’responsibility in improvement.Based on the literature of related school arrangement and master relevant theory, for a few schools to conduct an investigation which once "weak" has now reconstruction succeed.,grasp the "weak" situation and the cause of "weak".The current situation of the weak school is mainly for three aspects, the poor conditions, teachers’low qualities; school administration’s low effeciency; a bad social light, inadequate social resources. The "weak" reason including internal cause and external cause. These schools’measures are as follows. Management machnism innovation and organizational restructuring,Bring into full play the role of principal as a leader, Actively guidance of the school culture,Exploits the brand with school characteristics,Promoting the building of teaching body.There are some problems in weak school’s improvement:Putting too much emphasis on classroom teaching and ignoring the extra-curricular activities, Putting too much emphasis on teaching materials and ignoring the curriculum resources development,Unified teaching mode led to the convergence of teachers’thinking models.Based on the above analysis,this paper summarizes useful apocalypse from:scientific management mechanism and organizational structure is the prerequisite; The principals plays the role of leader is the key; the positive guidance of school culture is support; characteristic teaching and upgrade faculty’s level is assurance. Finally, this article make some recommendations to promote the balanced development of weak school:fully implement the school-based theory, actively implementing self-diagnosis to grasp the crux of "weak"; establish a scientific and reasonable internal evaluation mechanisms,cooperate with education experts to promote the development of school jointly, actively to establish a good external communication.
