Preschool educational Practice is one of the important part of higher education of teacher,is the effecyive way to foster vocational education and vocational skills of normal students of pre-school education, is an important approach to comprehensive review and improving the level of education and teaching in normal colleges. Teaching practice make the interns completed the role change--from students to teachers, and the quality of educational practice directly related to cultivating the high-quality early childhood teachers, yet, the quality of education practice depends on practical view of educational, the purpose of teaching practice, practice time, training bases, guidance, evaluation and any other factors. The current pre-professional education in China, due to various factors, faced many obstacles. Based on that, the paper through the use of scientific research methods, based on the relevant theoretical basis, looking for pre-professional education problems in practice, and ultimately put forward the reasonable possible countermeasures.In this paper, it used the literature review, questionnaires, interviews and other research methods.280undergraduates from Liaoning Normal University, Northeast Normal University, Beijing Normal University, Shaanxi Normal University, Inner Mongolia Normal University and Daqing Normal University as subjects. The pragmatism education theory, constructivist learning theory, teacher professional development theory as the theoretical basis of education, summarizes the actual situation of educational practice at home and abroad. This article defines the concept involved. Through combing documents and organize research datas, the author summarizes the problems of intern in the process of practice and put forward countermeasures targeted.The study get concluded that the current pre-professional education exist the problems in practice are:Higher Teacher Education Curriculum ignore the "Teacher"; intern internship time is short; practice base for small and poor stability; Education Practice evaluation system is imperfect; internship shortage of funds.For the current status and problems of Pre-professional training, the author propose the following targeted recommendations:Teacher Education Curriculum for Preschool Education set to focus on the cultivation of professional ideas, and curriculum theory and skills to both; change time and manner of educational practice; to extend and rationalize the time to enrich teaching practice models; practice base to the quality and quantity, the college should establish a stable base for interns, and focus on interpersonal relations intern in the practice base construction; sound clinical evaluation and management system; increase the funding level of teaching practice.
