Art university always shoulder with the important task of the country’seconomic takeoff, social development, cultural prosperity, scientific andtechnological progress, and revitalization of the nation, which is a seniorprofessional training base. Whether common university or art university, teachingmanagement is a powerful approach for training professionals and enhancing theschool competition, and it is the core content of the university management. artuniversity today can be established everywhere, comprehensive university artmajors have mushroomed growth. However, accompanied by the increasing of artstudent enrollment, art university teaching management exist many commonproblems. Such as art university latent rules is prevalent; part of the art universityorientation is not accurate; school characteristics is not obvious; people-centeredconception of education management is not understanding; the degree of teachingmanagement information is low; teaching and learning attitude between teachersand students happen dislocation; the lack of educational innovation system, etc.Therefore, art university teaching management has become an important problemto be solved urgently, and how to improve the methods and countermeasures of artuniversity education management is an important direction of practice.In this thesis, writer uses the literature method and investigation interviewmethod, collects data related to teaching management through visiting a numberof art university, which provided a powerful basis for the thesis writing. First ofall, according to research and summarize the management literature of Universityteaching at home and abroad, this thesis defines the conception of teachingmanagement and art university, and applies innovation education theory andhumanistic management theory to analysis the particularity and problems of artuniversity teaching management, and to explore and innovate teachingmanagement. In the fourth chapter, the author focuses on the art of teaching management inColleges and universities puts forward the specific countermeasures, mainly fromthe three aspects, establish a scientific outlook on Development: emphasis onartistic institute should serve the local economic and cultural construction of theidea of running a school, and give specific examples of Shenyang Conservatory ofMusic; the establishment of the teaching management system and perfect securitymeasures and puts forward some specific countermeasures.
