The Exploring Of University Student Associations Function And Approaches In Maintaining The Stability Of Colleges And Universities

The stability of the universities concern national political stability, culture stability and the rapid economic sustainable development, it is also the cornerstone of maintaining higher education’s scientific development. In the work of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities,"People-oriented" highlight main body position of college students, bring the subjectivity of college students into full play, are the inevitable demand of raising work efficiency, and the trend of developmental conception of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities.University student associations as organizations with broad public participation are the media to become a useful person that the students choose according to their characteristics and actual demand, they have strong value guidance. Various types of students’associations include a lot of students with political participation enthusiasm, and they are main targets and depending power of maintaining the stability of colleges and universities, also the beneficial supplements to the work system.The article begin from the analysis of the connotation of colleges and universities’ stability, scientifically restrain conception and characteristics of university student associations, finding the conjunction point between them, exploring the ways of university student associations playing in maintaining the stability of colleges and universities, in order to develop a new theoretical perspective, and scientific and effective use of this booming education resources.First part of the article, briefly analyzes the background and significance of the research, summarize the research on topics and find the shortage.
