Research On The College Ideology Security

In recent years, China is facing lots of significant social issues during this social transformation period, such as the widening of the gap between rich and poor, the democratic rights destruction again and again, difficulty to stretch fairness and justice, social moral becoming worse and worse and living environment being on the slide. Facing these significant social issues, people are questioning the authenticity of the purpose of serving the people of The Communist Party of China, the superiority of socialist country and posing the challenges to the socialism mainstream ideology safety. Universities are main land to propagandize the socialism mainstream ideology. Domestic and overseas ideologies are disputing for the major targets, college students. If some wrong with this main land, this will lead to social disturbance, even losing power. Therefore, it is meaningful for us to study the Ideology Safety of the Universities, which trains qualified successors to the cause of socialism, defends the socialist system with Chinese characteristics, safeguards national security, national unity and social harmony, and achieves the great rejuvenation of China.This paper has combed Marxism ideological theory, and explained the connotation of ideology and ideology safety. Besides, this paper puts forward the soul of the socialism mainstream ideology as the connotation of the core socialist values from five aspects, which are policy, economy, society, culture, and morality, in which it conducts a research of the Ideology Safety problems of the Universities in Our Country. According to analyzing them and finding the reasons, it also gives some suggestions to solve those problems. The full text has been divided into four parts to explore this issueThe first part:the overview of socialist ideology. This part focuses on the connotation of the ideology and ideology safety. Also, it has combed the socialism mainstream ideology in five different areas, which are politics, economy, society, culture and morality, from which it extracts the core socialist values. Naturally, the core socialist values become the logical basic point of the theory in this text.The second pat:the analysis of the current situation of the Ideology Safety of the Universities in Our Country. In this section, form that five aspects which are politics, economy, society, culture and morality the author finds the problems and achievements in the process of maintaining the work of the Ideology Safety of the UniversitiesThe third part:the cause analysis of the Ideology Safety of the Universities in Our Country. In this part, it discusses the reasons why the problems of Ideology Safety of the Universities have happened in these aspects, which are the negative effects of market economy, social contradiction of social transformation period, the corruption of the civil servants, the occidentalisation and division of western countries, and the lag of ideology education of the universities.The fourth part:this part is the most important part. Based on the analysis of the problems and reasons in the process of maintaining the security of ideology in the universities, this text puts forward some countermeasures and advice from five aspects. The measures are as follows:we should extract the core socialist values of the socialism mainstream ideology and make it popular; we need to practice the core socialist values, such as democracy, common prosperity, justice and so on, and make it lifestyle; we should implement the party’s ruling principle that serves the people wholeheartedly, and make it legislation; we also need complete the education work system and make it institutionalization; we should innovate education contents and methods of the socialism mainstream ideology of the universities, and make it scientific.
