With the secondary education system reform, the teaching mode and method explorationwill eventually be home to teachers’ behavior in classroom teaching is valid, but the middleschool teachers’ behavior effectiveness research is in a developing process, the correspondingtheoretical system and effective construction model is not perfect, so it is difficult toformation of teaching practice effective guidance. Middle school teachers’ occupationtiredness, weariness of students psychological tendency has become the current secondaryeducation system reform cannot evasive real problem, seriously restricting the improvementof teaching quality in middle school.Therefore, using the method of documentary, questionnaire, classroom observation,mathematical statistics and logic analysis, to the Tangshan City No.12Middle Schoolteachers′behavior effectiveness in the classroom teaching of attempt and exploration,designed to further optimize and promote teachers’ behavior and the optimization of theirprofessional ability development, effectively avoid secondary school teachers for teachingbehavior, improve the quality of teaching.This research is divided into the following parts: Introduction expounds the problemscauses and significance,make a review of the literature, puts forward the study method, on therelevant concepts are explained; the first part, from the harmonious relationship betweenteachers and students, to mobilize students’ learning initiative, promoting teachers’professional development of teachers behavior validity study of the value orientation. Fromthe constructivist learning theory, cognitive learning theory, behavioral learning theory andlearning theory perspective on Pyramid teacher behavior theory; the second part is the focusof this paper, the Tangshan City No.12Middle School teachers’ behavior in class teachingconducted a survey of the status quo, first of all, from the teacher’s basic situation set out(including the teacher guide behavior, teaching methods, teaching management and teachingevaluation behavior), the teacher’s action of difference comparison, analysis of teacherbehavior and student achievement and efficiency in studying the correlation between; thethird part,from teachers and external factors of two dimension analysis of the impact of teacher behavior effectiveness factor; the fourth part,put forward to enhance the effectivenessof middle school teachers’ behavior development strategy; the fifth part, through classroomobservation on Tangshan City part of teachers’ teaching behavior validity the case analysis;the conclusion part including the conclusion of the study, research and prospect.
