In recent years, China Ministry of Education has been concentrate on aesthetic education.Music education is one of the most important part, because music is not only to cultivate students’ aesthetic ability, but also to train good attitude of study, sense of cooperation and optimistic attitude towards life. However, the core of music education is music teacher. Music teacher plays a very important leading role in music education.The author of this paper used observation, questionnaires and interviews to analysis music teacher from two parts which are classroom teaching and ethics of their job in some middle schools in Tangshan region. In this survey, I randomly distributed 50 questionnaires and take 40 valid questionnaires back. Through these questionnaires, The writer found that there are few problems happened on middle school teachers teaching when they use textbooks,teaching design, the method of teaching and reflection of teaching from the survey analysis.In the mean time, the writer found more problem,such as, the attitude of teaching in professional ethics of teachers, the attitude of requires expertise and the appearance of teaching through the analysis the survey. By doing that,writher give the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures after she analysis those problems. I found there are still many problems found in classroom music teaching, I hope to improve middle school music teachers’ teaching level and promote professional ethics of their jobs in Tangshan area.
