The College Leadership System Transition And Perfection By The Communist Party Of China

By the foundation of the country, the college leadership system have changedseveral times, and finally set to be the president responsibility system under theleadership of party committee, which has been proved correct and feasible by20years practice. Under the new conditions, the system should be on the way ofimprovement and perfection, the core of which is the responsibility rule of both parts,so that we can deal with the relationship between the president and the CPC’sleadership practically and keep everything of the college developing smoothly andsound.Base on the analysis of the transition and development of the college leadershipsystem, this article combining the new conditions and problems we met on thecollege administration reform closely, demonstrates the functions of the CPC in thecollege leadership system, implies the rationality of the current leadership system,and researches on the suggestions of the leadership system perfection deeply.This article has five parts: Part one is the introduction; Part two gives an outlineof the concept and intention on system and college leadership system; Part three,which refers to the history materials and relevant education documents, summarizesthe transition of the college leadership system from the foundation of China, theseven parts of which state the development of the leadership system; Part four raisesthe problems and challenges of the current college leadership system after theanalysis of the college leadership transition and development; Part five produces the way to improve and perfect the leadership system in the future.
