College students are in the construction of the socialist harmonious societyand realize socialist modernization process is not the lack of talent reserves,however, students have the physical and mental development stage decision theyexist a series of problems. Only continuous innovation and improve theideological and political education work, can will train students into qualifiedpersonnel for the requirements of the new era, to complete the basic task of thehigher education management, in order to achieve the ultimate goal to ensure therapid development of society and economy. This requires us to proceed fromreality, follow the characteristic of the development of college students, changethe traditional mandatory indoctrination education mode, adopting humanizededucation, the formation of political and ideological education in the new way ofthe. In the political thought of health education in Colleges and universities inthe work, we must grasp the characteristics of students, combined with theessence of Ideological and political education, according to the characteristics ofCollege Students’ Ideological and political education, make the education workmore smoothly, can let the students accept scientific ideas, establish a noblemoral character and moral sentiment. Although the university is well aware ofthe importance of Ideological and political education of college students, butteachers and campus construction and the lack of corresponding key reasonssuch as talent, ideological and political education work still exist many problems,specifically in the following aspects:(1) there is an error object of the educationof thinking and understanding;(2) lack of education;(3) education means lackof pertinence;(4) the content of education has not updated in a timely manner and transformation. In light of these problems, combining with the analysis,questionnaire and interviews with relevant staff and access to a large number ofdocuments, finally puts forward corresponding effective measures:(1) to realizethe innovation of mechanism of College Students’ Ideological and politicaleducation;(2) to create a good campus environment;(3) give full play to theeducational function of education workers (4;) actively carry out dormitoryactivities, class activities and campus activities;(5) the construction of thecampus information system health.
