Quality education calls for the reform of the learning evaluation. Students’ comprehensive quality evaluation is the starting point and end-result of the whole education and education evaluation. It is also the important point of research and the center research of education quality standardization. Compulsory education phase of the science course goal is to improve students’scientific literacy rise, cultivate all-round development. Science course evaluation includes rich content and different forms. In many of the evaluation factors, the student science learning evaluation of exploration and research appears especially important and urgent.In this paper, it defines the evaluation concept on the basis of science learning research. It summarizes the status quo of students’ science learning assessment of compulsory education. Based on that, I try to design the evaluation system. I hope to rich learning evaluation system under the guidance of educational theory. All these will promote the overall development of students.In this paper, science learning evaluation system of the obligations education is as follows:●There are many principles of designing scientific study and evaluation index system. They are the principle of development, the incentive principle, the principle of autonomy, the principle of diversity and the process and results of the combination principle.●Designing science learning evaluation system, characteristics are as follows:(1)Evaluation should through out the whole process and pay attention to process assessment;(2)Evaluation should be a collection of multiple subjects;(3)Evaluation should be qualitative evaluation and quantity evaluation of the union.●Science learning evaluation main methods are as follows:(1) Observation:teachers use observation scale and evaluate the classroom performances;(2) Interviews:teachers, parents, and companions can use interview outline understanding the study situation. These will be objective evaluation;(3) Paper test:under the guidance of related principles, carry out the paper test and quantitative evaluation; (4) Self evaluation:It can fully reflect the students’subject status. These scales are different designed for different students;(5) Inquiry activity evaluation manual:According to different schemes design inquiry learning way to evaluate;(6) Concept map:According to the construction of the scientific knowledge design concept map. This can promote the development of the scientific literacy.●According to the diversity of evaluation methods, it puts forward the implementation strategies of the learning evaluation. We should pay attention to the process of assessment, multiple evaluations and encouraged evaluations. All is really done to promote the development of evaluation.
