The value orientation of teachers’professional ethics, consciously choosing the value of a teacher’professional ethics in both of the theoretical level and the practical level of education, determines the whole process of the teachers’personal development and education reform. Especially in the era of economic globalization, the plurality of information, the intersection of social transformation as well as traditional, modern and postmodern thought blend, the value orientation of the teachers’professional ethics can easily get lost in the thought of quick success and materialistic.Traditional professional ethics of the teachers are too much emphasis on dedication. Efforts to portray the dedication of the teachers, ignoring the needs of the teachers themselves make teachers alienated as a tool. With the commencement of the new compulsory education curriculum reform, advocating the philosophy of’people-oriented’, academics are increasingly concerned about this particular occupation and the crowd of the’teacher’. And the life growth and self-realization become the goals of the teachers. In particular, basic education advocates’life’, so calling for life education and concerning about the individual lives are the urgent needs of the moral construction of teachers. Aimed at promoting the professional development of teachers and achieving the meaning of life, based on the life standard of value orientation, this paper expands the study of teachers’professional ethics with the following five sections:The first part is the introduction to the object and purpose of this paper, the origin and the significance of this study, and the discussion of research status and shortage of this research field, and research ideas and methods of this study are also presented. The second part is the analysis of relevant Concepts. By analysis the concept of the moral, professional ethics, personal ethics and education ethics of the teachers, and teachers’professional ethics, the boundaries and scope of the professional ethics of teachers are defined. The third part reviews the current situation of the value orientation of traditional devotion, combined with the several cases, criticizes and introspect the value orientation of traditional dedication doctrine. The fourth part, corresponding with the development of times, based on the teachers’professional characteristics, we should study teachers’professional ethics orientation from the life perspective. The fifth part, starting from the perspective of life-care and happiness-pursuit, and from those four aspects, which are the change of concepts, construction of norms, evaluation of teachers’morality, and optimization of environments, to discuss the way of building teachers’professional morality, so as to push forward the development of teachers’ professional morality, and finally promote the reform of basic education smoothly.
