A Research On Flattening Community Management Of Wuxi City

At present, with the continuous development of China’s market economy, the community has become the life of urban and rural residents of the home, more and more people into the community. At the same time, the basic unit community or social management, more and more social management and public service matters also precipitated to the community, more and more residents of production and living needs to focus on the community, the community has increasingly become the focus of social construction and party in support of grassroots power. Innovation of community management has become the objective need to realize the coordinated economic and social development. This paper takes Wuxi city community management practice as the example, the system of city community construction in domestic and foreign origin, development and basic status of foreign city community, several typical management modes were discussed, on the present situation and development trend of domestic community management are studied, pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of existing patterns of domestic. Secondly, based on the practice of community management in the author, combined with the change of Wuxi city community management mode, Wuxi city to build " a platform, three mechanisms " flat management analysis. Finally, according to the flat management and existing in current city community management issues, based on a comparison of domestic and international community building, from the positive and negative experience and lessons, and puts forward corresponding measures, designed to create a line with China’s national conditions, government, community and residents of the benign interaction model of community management mode.
