In today’s society, one’s education level is not only a symbol of their social status of society, but also an important basis for the certificate of their own professional, their future career of the members of society, and also is one of the most important determining factor. Therefore, access to higher education became the first choice of many rural children to achieve upward mobility.Since1998, college enrollment make higher education from elite education to the popular stage. However, the rapid expansion of the scale of higher education, did not mean that the distribution of educational opportunities more equally, because the new higher education opportunities brought by the enrollment often occupied by the stronger social class. They usually get more opportunities for their children to occupy a quality educational resources on the use of various advantages, including the bottom of people in this educational resource contention is significantly inadequate. Such as:most of the students in rural cadastral studying at key institutions, even studying at key institutions, they just focused on the popular professional. As for professional choice, students from the city’s mainly select the higher tuition fees, the popular and better employment prospects, relatively high income professional; but students from rural areas for consideration of tuition fees, It is reported that most are limited to job-hunting due to professional constraints. In fact, the college enrollment policy didn’t increase the number of rural children for upward mobility but weak the College Diploma market competitiveness in college enrollment, The difficulty they changed the fate of their fate is also increasing. In this paper, as the research object, the "80" rural cadastral college graduates came to a greater turning point in1998, and these peope are just college enrollment "beneficiaries",80" rural graduates is a represent in this study. This article mainly use3theories to analysis:the elite cycle theory, the theory of social capital and the social mobility and stratification theory. The research method is the case interviews and literature study, samples taken snowball sampling, actually interviewed24people, the information derived from the first-hand information on the authenticity beyond doubt. The purpose of this paper is to illustrate that compared with the urban graduates, the rural college graduates indeed in a relatively weak position. They are elite from the rural areas, but the limitations of the various institutional factors.etc, made them in upward mobility predicament after graduation The long-term existence of this phenomenon make a potential threat of social instability, which will inevitably lead to social problems. The structure of the paper is divided into a total of six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction of the research background and significance of the research theme; Chapter Ⅱ introduces the social background of rural college graduates for upward mobility:the presence of the structure of the urban-rural dual structure, the weaker fairness of education, the underlying groups are difficult to upward mobility; The third chapter discussed the difficulties the rural College Students faced after graduation from three aspects:the employment predicament struggle into the plight and predicament triggered by family social crisis; The fourth chapter analysis the reasons from social resistance, the education system and the individual own aspects; The firth chapter for he reasons put forward the corresponding solutions; The sixth chapter is the conclusion part, mainly the author’s feelings of these difficulties they faced during the writing. In recent years, the employment problems of rural college students directly overshadowed by the difficulty employment of college students, the government and society hardly pay attention to this group. This article pointed out that compared with urban students, the rural college graduates indeed in a relatively weak position, but they are not the vulnerable groups, they received higher education, came from the bottom of the elite, their dynamism and vitality makes their upward mobility imperative, but for institutional or social injustice factors, the groups is difficult to achieve upward mobile.Their strong sense of deprivation will inevitably affect the stability of society. As a "80", but also a the rural graduating college graduates, and many students will soon become one of this group, I hope this group in our generation through their tireless efforts, could achieve upward social mobility ultimately. However, due to time constraints and the lack of personal ability, the research just based on a shallow analysis of plight of the rural college graduates faced, so the research may can not be generalized. I hope that the government, society and schools would pay more attention to this group and also hope that by self-improvement, they can face to the so-called stealth predicament smilely until we finally achieve their ideals.
