Present Situation Of The Cultivation Education In Vestibule Schools And Its Countermeasures Research

Most of the colleges pay more attention to the cultivation education of students, and ingnore the good conducts and habits for students and improve their ideological and political quality. The content of cultivation education is only about45mintutes training in class, without any link with social activity. This kind of break and unbalanced education forms brings a lot of undesirable behavious to the student. Serious individualism is one of the most serious problems. In order to satisfy their own desire, they ingore others and lack of patriotism at school, self-discipline in study, civilization and manners with their paretns or teachers. They don’t care how hard their parents work, they even don’t know the economic level of the their own families. All these behaviors reveal the self-centered charatctor of those students. So many examples really makes us anxious.The foundation of cultivation education is behaviour training. Then we can unite it with different education forms, such as manners of dealing with people, social morals, self-behaviours, basic ethics etc. Through those methods, we can improve the whole quality of the stucents in the vocational school. In general, the cultivation education includes five basic behaviour standards:self-behaviour, professional ethics, be patriotic and self-discipline, diligency, and politeness.In the current vocational school, there are quite a lot of students who are lack of consciousness and conduct of good habits and morality in many aspects such as saving food, queuing for meals, taking care of pubic property, language civilization and sanitation habits. So, their morality and colligation quality are falling. Nevertheless, the students in vocational school are still immature individuals; there is a great plasticity in their study and life habits. It is possible to correct their bad habits and figure a good quality through scientific ways. Therefore, it is very necessary to carry out the cultivation education.This thesis takes Vestibule School of XinYu as an individual case. It talks about seven approaches and methods that can be adopted by middle vocational school cultivation education such as the example effects of teachers, class evaluation system and optimizing a better circumstance and so on. Based on the researches and interviews, the thesis induces the advantages of cultivation education which can help the student figure a better personality, form a diligent study habit and good life habit and eventually realize the transformation from awareness to conduct. However, during the process of carrying out the cultivation education, there are still some problems because of the irrationality of system, the neglect of methods and reality. Therefore, the school should take some measures to solve the existed problems in order to get a better effect of cultivation education, and at the same time, we should set up a credit file for vocational students and make a better future for them.At last, our students can benefit all life with the good habits they have formed at school.
