On The Problem And Countermeasure Of Juvenile Sports School Talents Training

Juvenile sports school in China is the important base of training talent force, the quality of talent cultivation in China has important significance in building a powerful country of sport.In recent years, our country sports and athletics reform gained a series of achievements, but in sports talent cultivation is still insufficient.This paper using the method of literature, questionnaire survey and field study method, to Wenzhou youth sports school for case study found that, at present Wenzhou City Youth Sports Talents Cultivation in the presence of heavy professional light culture, training target, training course development of Heavy Athletics light weight light foundation, culture results in heavy digital light quality and other issues, and Jack light the sports concept, foundation is poor, the uneven quality of students teachers, investment structure deviation, social influence factors is the above problems the cause.In view of this situation, should highlight the athletes’academic learning and values, to expand the scale of the school as the center of reserve team, establish student evaluation of the comprehensive evaluation system, to increase the teachers’continuing education training, guarantee the training of special funds, broaden the students’development channels, to improve the talent training quality of juvenile sports school.
