High level bodybuilder refers to the top ten players in a national bodybuilding competition. My tutor is one of the students of the first national bodybuilding coaches training which is held by National Commission in Shanghai Institute of Physical Education in1984.He served in Jiangxi Province training center as head coach for more than20years. He has trained8students that get good grades of top six to get good grades in the national bodybuilding competition, so that he is good at the high level bodybuilding training research.There are many factors affecting the bodybuilding contest results, not only the routine training attitude, but also the athletes’ psychological quality, nutrient intake, coach’s guidance. It is critical to achieve excellent performance after long time training before the match. This requires the athletes and coaches prepare fully and don’t underestimate the short period of time before the match in which extraordinary play may appear if do well in. Good training before competition is benefit for athletes to perform best timely and maximum. The right training before the game can improve athletes over the restoration, full of strength, makes muscles more clear and get perfect performance.This article want to use different adjustment schemes for the athletes in a series of preparations before the race through literature, questionnaire, expert interviews, logical analysis, observation and mathematical statistics. Research the training and instruction in all aspects of issues related to Bodybuilders and coaches before the game6-12weeks, mainly from the training mode which game mainly used, action adjustment that game required, training against their weaknesses, psychological adjustment before the training, the intake of nutrients, weight control before the match, the free show segment action design and music. Explore the importance of pre-competition training to offer some useful theoretical basis for excellent aerobics athletes and coaches in the pre-game training.According to the research, bodybuilders will choose their own training model according to its own conditions and level of training, lose their excess fat before the game, depicts the strength of muscle and maintain their muscle circumference. Bodybuilders should choose proper training action before the game, careful training and describe the various muscle areas.Bodybuilders should consume the extra calories of aerobic training, promote fat burning and increase muscle activity before the game, so that muscles can show better.Formulate a reasonable eating plan, applicable with a proper nutrition to meet muscle repair and growth before the game. Intake of nutrients should be multiple times, less quantity, high protein intake, and note the ratio of carbohydrate and fat intake, while assuring adequate drinking water. Before the game, in accordance with the control---slow---less fast "mode, through control diet and increase physical activity, the body’s energy intake and energy consumption in the negative balance within a long time, reduce the weight gradually to the target weight which the body need.Combine rules and specific content perfectly based on targeted principle, the principle of innovative and artistic principles. To create suitable performance for athletes themselves and free exhibition works with industry feature. Make synthetic clip on free form music to create music that impressive, encouraging and stimulate your desire to perform.Good psychological can make athletes’ action accurate and stable in the game, it enables the athletes to show the ability to withstand high strength, high intense competition. It is necessary to combine the athlete’s physical, technical and tactical training with psychological training, using simulation training, control training, imagination training and other psychological training methods by affect psychological characteristics consciously and grasp the mental state clearly. So that the movement in the game can reach the best state of mind.Ready for routine, the choice of music technology training and use the tactics in a bodybuilding competition reasonable, and thus will surely get good grades.
