Today’s society is known as the "information society in the era of knowledge economy", emphasis on the development and utilization of information resources is growing. In the education field, information resources in one of many resources in school management, all aspects of school management areas are based on information transfer and exchange. The amount of information affects the management efficiency directly. Information asymmetry problems between school administrators, teachers, students, government and social families exist all the time, which brings great negative impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of teaching in schools.In this paper, based on the information asymmetry theory, the information delivery processes and internal management system of the S primary school is researched, followed by in-depth analysis of adverse effects, the cause of information asymmetric problem and relevant school management philosophy concepts and methods between the various subjects of teaching management, then solutions strategies are proposed and on this basis to improve the teaching management system and implementation of the program. The aim is to overcome the disincentives and negative effects of information asymmetry for teaching management activities in practice, and to seek a way out for optimizing the management, improving democratic and developing education. Then to help school leaders, teachers and other workers straighten the understanding of "information", integrate information development, utilization, management, decentralization, communication, feedback and a series of management processes. And then have the possibility to make school management scientific, standardized and efficient, thereby to improve the effectiveness of school management, and provide effective protection for facilitating school education reform and development, and thus promote quality education to a deeper level. We hope to achieve the ultimate goal of enhancing the educational level and system management innovation capacity, and to perform further more vigorous development of education.
