The Relation Between The College Student’s Gratitude Consciousness And Family Fostering、Interpersonal Trust

In today’s society， we think that gratitude is a kind of importantemotional experience. Several worldwide religions point out the importanceof gratitude. Many people claim that expressing gratitude can bring themhappiness. However, the psychological researches are lacking in gratitudeconsciousness. With the raising of positive psychology, gratitudeconsciousness gradually becomes key issue of psychology research. Alongwith the lack of reports about college students’ gratitude consciousness, itappears more and more discussion on this theme. Through empirical research,the article is in order to reflect the specific conditions of college students’gratitude.The study is adopted questionnaire survey method, selecting InnerMongolia normal University, Inner Mongolia University, and College ofInner Mongolia agriculture from freshman to senior about528collegestudents. I adopt descriptive statistics, t test, analysis of variance, correlationanalysis and regression analysis, etc. This paper mainly discusses thegratitude consciousness, the relationship between gratitude consciousness,family upbringing and interpersonal trust. The main results are as follows:1. Over all, the college students’ gratitude consciousness is in goodcondition.2. College students in gender, age, nationality, grade, subject, source,whether they are the only, whether single or not, and whether they believe inreligion, parents’ career do not exist significant differences. Part of thesignificant difference exists in colleges，the parents’ cultural degree andparents’ income.3. Compared with the national norm, there is a significant differencebetween the most factors of college students’ way of family fostering and thenational norm.4. College students’ interpersonal trust level is below an average of75points, a little lower. 5. There is a significant positive correlation between gratitudeconsciousness and positive way of family fostering, interpersonal trust; Thereis a significant negative correlation between gratitude consciousness andnegative way of family fostering, interpersonal trust.6. Some factors of family fostering, interpersonal trust can efficientlypredict gratitude consciousness.7. Interpersonal trust respectively exists the density of intermediary rolein F1(father’s emotional warmth and understanding) and gratitude frequency,M1(mother’s emotional warmth and understanding) and gratitude frequency,M3(mother’s refusal, deny) and gratitude frequency, M3(mother’s refusal,deny) and the gratitude of breadth, M3(mother’s refusal, deny) and gratitudegathering.
