| Work orientation is the idiosyncratic relation between the individual and What we is do, maybe apprehend that is yoke or focus. Career inborn a sequence of qualities directly influence job satisfaction and physically and mentally healthy. This paper launches the particularity of special education, the type of special education teachers’work orientation and the relation with job satisfaction was discussed by questionnaire method. According to the results, corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for improving the degree of satisfaction, and mobilize the enthusiasm of vocational school teachers to improve its quality. This paper consists of six parts.The first part is a preliminary discussion, which states background and significance of the study.The second part is the review of study. This chapter mainly combs literature of work orientation and job satisfaction thoroughly.The third part is design and research process of the study, in this study, a scale was used to measure a sample of teachers selected from blind, deaf, autism and mentally retarded special schools and classes. Previous study as foundation, to developed the reasonable and feasible questionnaire, and unfolding the research.The fourth part is results and analysis, reach conclusions and briefly analysis.The fifth part is analysis and discuss. the status quo of special education teachers’work orientation and the relation between work orientation and job satisfaction was systematic discussed, and in accordance with study results to put forward proposals for management team and teachers’individual.The sixth part is conclusions and suggestions, in this paper, following is the conclusions.1. Questionnaire as tools, the reliability and validity of the inventory are satisfactory. In structural equation modeling, Work orientation including three factors:job, career and calling.2. There are four main types of work orientation in special education teachers:job type, career type, calling type and mixed type. The results indicate that career type teacher is the most important in percentage, job type teacher is least, and career type and calling type teacher be in the middle.3. The results showed that work orientation is related to object types of education.4. There is no significant difference between the sex, age, professional job title, age of teaching, wage, education, background with work orientation.5. There is striking difference of majors exist in dimensions and the total scores of job satisfaction, calling type is highest, followed by career type and then by job type, the mixed and job type teachers’job satisfaction is below the average standard. |
