Chongqing Southeast Disabled Sports Enterprise Development Research

This paper using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and analysis and other research methods, on the southeast area of Chongqing disabled in mass sports, competitive sports, people with special schools were analyzed the results showed:the Southeast Chongqing minority areas for people with a disability sports development research can be described as a " four wins" process. One is beneficial to people with disabilities themselves, through participation in sports won the physiological and psychological development of the dual needs; two is beneficial to society, the attention paid to the disabled people’s physical and mental health, improve the disabled people with the ability to work, for the country to lighten the burden, development need of constructing a harmonious society; three is conducive to the " National Fitness Program " in the further implementation of; four is conducive to highlight the human rights safeguard, reflect the progress of human society and civilization.
