Of the existing research results showed that for discrimination and lack of necessary support, HIV high-risk groups postponed or deny for HIV testing, conceal positive results, avoid received the AIDS treatment, caused the HIV a wider range of popular and HIV poor prevention, will "social support" introduce prevention and treatment of HIV/AIDS field will.help to eliminate social discrimination, slow and control AIDS epidemic and spread.This research is the social support China liuzhou PL’WHA need a qualitative study from daily life needs, medical need, psychological needs, work need, social interaction needs several aspects, trying to find PLWHA in social support need and the problems facing the solutions. This study included22PLWHA, three PLWHA families, and four community social workers and15health professionals. Without outside interference in the independent space inside, according to the interview to a half structured outline the44respondents depth interview, to collect relevant material, and qualitative research method of the grounded theory has data coding (includes open coding, spindle coding and selective code), summarized and analyzed, the integrated use of social support theory and social gender theory to explain the analysis results, and evaluation in the micro PLWHA, medium and macroscopic ecological system of difficulty, understand PLWHA in tools, emotional, information and company of dimensions such as social support needs, and they can get in the social support the status quo.This study found that PLWHA in daily life need to show the "simplified and scarce", in medical need to show the "desire and avoid", in the psychological and social communication needs to show the "shrink back and development", in the work need to show the "refusal and enterprising", in social gender perspective, the need for performance under "fragile and awakening. According to the study of the social support of PLWHA needs and predecessors to PLWHA group social support research, the researchers established PLWHA social support for the social support system of the need, in this study, the researchers will "PLWHA social support system of the" construction from self, patients PLWHA group, families, communities, ngos and governmental organizations, a social public gained in the spiritual or material, service, policies and legal support.
