This study related to students in Network Education College about the relationship of specialty commitment and learning performance. Through the related research materials at home and abroad, this study used1306students in Network Education College of A University in southwest as subjects, and used questionnaire method. Through using ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and regression analysis and so on, it discussed the relationship between the specialty commitment and learning performance of students in Network Education College, and drew two important conclusions which provided some reference in the management of Network Education College.1、 Network Education College students’specialty commitment have a positive impact on learning performance. Through the correlation analysis and regression analysis about specialty commitment and its dimensions, and learning performance and its dimensions, the conclusion indicates that specialty commitment and learning performance have a positive impact; the impact of four dimensions of specialty commitment and three dimensions of learning performance has been proved. Affective commitment, learning willingness, learning behavior and learning application have a positive impact; ideal commitment have a positive impact on learning willingness and learning application; normative commitment separately has a positive impact on learning behavior and learning applications.2、 Affective commitment in organizational commitment, as a mediating variable, has a mediating effect on specialty commitment and learning performance of Network Education College students. Through hierarchical regression analysis, this research finds that after affective commitment in organizational commitment being in regression equation, the relation between specialty commitment and learning performance has weaken, basing on verifying the correlation of variables, and which means that specialty commitment affects students’learning performance through affective commitment.
