The teacher education of our country produce and development met the society for teacher’s most basic demand, but with the development of knowledge economy and the increasing popularity of education, social demand for teachers starts from quantity growth to quality improvement, coupled with the idea of lifelong education and foreign education reform effects, education system of our country also begins by "normal education" to "teacher education" in transition.This paper tries to answer why the "normal education to the education of teachers’transformation? The second chapter introduces the brief history of the development of normal education, discuss the transition of teacher education background and direction. The third chapter analyzes the macroscopic level of "normal education" to "teacher education" transformation.That is the change of normal education process, training institutions and training standards.The fourth chapter analyzes the microcosmic level of "normal education" to " teacher education" transformation.That is in normal university pre-service training process, teacher education courses, the discipline professional courses, education professional courses and practical courses of education in the overall coordination. The fifth chapter analyzes our country "normal education" to "teacher education" transformation of the future improvement, that is,in the concept level should clear teacher education target system, in the activity level of the curriculum system should improve course system of teacher education, in the system level should strengthen the quality guarantee system.
