Currently, many junior high schools attach great importance and put most competitiveresources among teachers and head teachers to Grade nine, which not only leads to someteachers and head teachers having no chance to teach in Grade nine and failing in finishingthe regular class cycle during the whole junior high school, but also results in thephenomenon of streaming students and redistribution of teachers more than one time.Nevertheless, this phenomenon violates the “student-centered” principle of schooleducation. It has many malpractices such as raising the cost of education and lessens thepedagogic effectiveness due to the compromise to the immediate educational needs andsimplicity of education management.We have been experiencing the teaching method “Class Community for ThreeConsecutive Years” in order to seek a more scientific and sound teaching managementmode. In other words, students and teachers remain stable in a fixed class during the wholejunior high school. Through the mutual understanding and adoption among studentsthemselves, between students and teachers, among teacher themselves within three years, asystem planning of teaching contents from the perspective of teachers, the continuity ofstudent learning and a long-term guidance of student development, it can strengthen thecontinuity of teaching and learning, promote sound development of students and teachers,finally achieving the aim to improve teaching efficiency. Meanwhile, we can reach aconclusion which has the better effect, either streaming students every year or being in thesame class for three consecutive years through this experiment. We can also get theconfirmation which has a better teaching effect, either to put the regular teaching resourcesin the teaching method “Class Community for Three Consecutive Years” or to strengthenthe equipment of excellent teachers.On the ground of current condition of students, teachers and management mechanism,taking the changes of variable quantity into account, we carry out a method of equivalentgrouping distribution and “Time Series Experiment Model”. Through the experiment, the teaching effect of the teaching method “ClassCommunity for Three Consecutive Year” is: during the middle school examination, theaverage total scores of nine subjects in the experimental class is56.81higher than that innormal class. The ranking position of87.2percent students in the experimental class risesby more than30. In the ranking of all students, no one in the experimental class appearsthe bottom60. Except for the experimental class, the average total score of nine subjects is20.93higher than the school ranking second, which proves that our teaching level is in theleading position. In the graduating class, the average total score of all classes is49.34higher than the school ranking second. The teaching achievement of teachers who were inan average level three years ago in the experimental class exceeds than by teachers whowere in a higher level substantially, which proves the teaching effect of “Being at the sameclass for three years” is better than redistribution of teachers and students every year.
