In real life, people are often factors of success and intelligence as sacred,emphasis onintellectual development to the neglect of cultivation of non-intelligence factors,which in theprocess of the development of young people have many negative consequences. In fact,under thepremise of IQ makes little difference in the vast majority of people,on the non-intelligence factorsin the development of roads plays a more important role. This article for young people for thestudy,they serve as future builders and successors of the motherland,they are in basicphysiological maturity,understanding and emotional development has been rapid,ideals,beliefs,world view began to form an important period,and has greatly plasticity. Therefore,we need toreverse the cognitive errors,so that people understand the importance of non-intelligence factors inadolescent development.First start with the connotations of non-intelligence factors in this article,explain themeaning of the non-intelligence factors,functions and relationship factors and intelligence. Second,used by document analysis,interviews,interdisciplinary study on research methods,focusing on theanalysis of the influence of non-intelligence factors on the growth of young people. Specifically,theuse of interview,the author and the city’s elementary and high school teachers and students toexchange and discussion on present situation of development and cultivation of non-intelligencefactors;On this basis,drawing on relevant research of non-intelligence factors at home and abroad,and to analyze the results of interviews,came to the positive effects of non-intelligence factors onthe growth of young people. Specifically in the non-intellectual factors on learning in young,ideological and moral formation and development,comprehensive ability to adapt to college lifeaspects and the future employment and success in the important impact. Finally,scholars of thenon-intellectual factors generally recognized five basic elements,namely motivation, interest,emotion,will and character,combined with young people’s personality and psychologicalcharacteristics,proposed youth policy of non-intellectual factors.
