Despite the end of the last century China proposed that we should vigorouslydevelop vocational education, vocational education in our educational system is still in aweak position, especially in the western county vocational education in rural areas, bythe backward county economic factors, there is the development of vocational educationenvironment is poor, institutional mechanisms behind the personnel training objectivesare not clear, as well as the lack of services county economic development capacity andmany other issues. Directly under the Central Government, Rongchang achieve leapfrogdevelopment, fiscal revenue is doubling every year, increasing the comprehensiveeconomic forces, but the overall strength of the county economy is very weak, it isdifficult to provide a good external environment for the development of vocationaleducation, which restricts the development of vocational education in health. Therefore,the development of vocational education in the county based on the county’s economicdevelopment as a research project for the promotion of the county vocational educationfor sustainable development, promote the county economy to achieve sustainabledevelopment, has important theoretical significance and practical valueIn this paper, theoretical guidance to the regional economic theory, the theory ofhuman resources, education, economic theory and operations management theory, takeliterature method, survey method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,fully combed the basis of the results of vocational education at home and abroad andcoordinated regional economic development theory on, the formation of the context ofthis thesis. The paper first elaborated Rongchang, the development of vocationaleducation in the status quo, and the status of county economic development, andvocational education services the county economy situation. Second, the analysis of theproblems of Rongchang, vocational education, and from the external environmentalfactors affect the internal management mechanism the constraints respectively discourseproblems. Finally, from the development of the Rongchang domain economic realities, vocational education development strategy: changing concepts, optimization ofvocational education and social and institutional environment; establish vocationaleducation docking with the county industry management mechanism, optimize thestructure of county vocational education; deepen the school-enterprise cooperationinnovative school-enterprise integration training model.This paper attempts to explore the mutual influence of the development ofvocational education and county economic development, mutual promotion and jointdevelopment relationship, in order for the development of the Rongchang functionseducation can learn recommendations. But by the time and level of research restrictions,comprehensive analysis of the problem and the reasons for the development ofvocational education should be further improved; thinking of vocational educationdevelopment strategy is needed to further deepen the refining, so that the theoreticalgrounds on.
