Rongchang County Vocational Education Development Research Based On County Economic Development

Directly under the Central Government, Rongchang achieve leapfrogdevelopment, fiscal revenue is doubling every year, increasing the comprehensiveeconomic forces, but the overall strength of the county economy is very weak, it isdifficult to provide a good external environment for the development of vocationaleducation, which restricts the development of vocational education in health. Therefore,the development of vocational education in the county based on the county’s economicdevelopment as a research project for the promotion of the county vocational educationfor sustainable development, promote the county economy to achieve sustainabledevelopment, has important theoretical significance and practical valueIn this paper, theoretical guidance to the regional economic theory, the theory ofhuman resources, education, economic theory and operations management theory, takeliterature method, survey method, a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,fully combed the basis of the results of vocational education at home and abroad andcoordinated regional economic development theory on, the formation of the context ofthis thesis. The paper first elaborated Rongchang, the development of vocationaleducation in the status quo, and the status of county economic development, andvocational education services the county economy situation. Second, the analysis of theproblems of Rongchang, vocational education, and from the external environmentalfactors affect the internal management mechanism the constraints respectively discourseproblems.
