Vocational school is an important education institution in China. The secondary vocational students undertake the responsibility to build up the future of our country, so the cultivation of them relates to the quality of talents of China and affects the country’s the future and destiny. In recent years, with the deepening reform of the education system, the secondary vocational education arose some new conditions and problems. On one hand, the lack of student resource, caused by the ordinary high school’s increased enrollment, led to the obvious descent of the students’quality in ideology and literacy. On the other hand, due to the influence of various factors by society especially the multi-information and the influence of values and lack of family education, the students showed more unpredictable nature in ideology, emotion, psychology and actions. Rebellious behavior, like competitiveness, impulsion, weariness of study and jealousy, occurred repeatedly and brought considerable difficulties to the school education. To avoid the social harm caused by the students’ rebellious behavior and to make secondary vocational students to be pillars of the future construction of our motherland, we must make efforts to do a good job in psychological counseling of secondary vocational students. At the present stage, the research of rebellious behavior limited in the scope which just aims at the whole vocational students, but the secondary vocational students as a special group which present their own growth characteristics and particularity. Educators should forecast, guide and control the secondary vocational students’rebellious behavior. So we can achieve the educational goals and avoid the harm which is caused by the students’ rebellious behavior. The reason why we do that is to help the secondary vocational students become pillars of the society. So we can change secondary vocational students’behaviors by counseling the students’psychological state and transform the positive factors, which implied in the factors of students’rebellious behavior, into positive behaviors. This paper aims at analyzing the psychology factors, which cause the secondary vocational students’rebellious behavior, classifying and making a conclusion about the representation of these behaviors, and then finding reasonable theoretical approaches and exercisable strategies through the methods such as survey, interview with students and case analysis. According to relevant factors, we find corresponding theoretic methods and strategy. So that educational activities can be carried on well. Finally, it helps the secondary vocational students grow healthily in a high-quality circumstance on campus.
