Study On The Cultivation Of Innovative Postgraduate Student Of Vocational And Technical Education

In the historical period of high-speed economic development and rapid socialtransformation, building the innovative country and cultivating innovative talentshave become top priorities. Keeping pace with the times, higher education vigorouslypromotes the reform of graduate education and strengthens the cultivation ofinnovative talent. Vocational and Technical Education postgraduate student is animportant part of the graduate system, therefore，Vocational and Technical Educationshould timely reform the training mode to cultivate innovative talent of their own.In this paper, the research on the cultivation of Vocational and TechnicalEducation postgraduate student is divided into five parts. The first chapter mainlyintroduces the research background, significance, methods and the current researchsituation. The second chapter describes the innovative talent theory, and summarizesthe definition, characteristics, theoretical foundation and the relationship betweeninnovation and education. The third chapter uses the interview method to understandthe current situation of innovative talent cultivation of Vocational and TechnicalEducation and analyses the existing problems and influencing factors. Through thecomparative study on the graduate training mode in the United States, Germany andJapan, the fourth chapter reaches the enlightenment to promote the cultivation ofinnovative talent in our country. Basing on the reference to foreign advancedexperiences, the last chapter presents the countermeasures of cultivating theinnovative postgraduate student of Vocational and Technical Education.To introduce the concept of innovative talent into the field of talent cultivation ofVocational and Technical Education, not only broadens the scope of the innovativetalent concept but also enriches the theory of high-level talent training in Vocationaland Technical Education. This research has certain theoretical and practicalsignificance for healthy development of Vocational and Technical Education.
