Participatory teacher training, a typical teacher training model is currently used worldwide. In recent years, with the rapid development of computer network technology, exploring how to promote instruction effect of participatory teacher training in the support of the network environment has become the new proposition. This paper, combing the practice of teacher training programs, elaborates the basic concepts and process of participatory teacher training under network environment support, focusing on training design and training implementation, and it also analyzes the learning process of participating teachers in the training implementation. Based on this, it uses different methods like questionnaires, interviews and others to proceed the preliminary validation of practice effect. The significance of the study is to explore how to promote participatory teacher training in the support of the network environment, and it also provides feasible ways for theory perfection of participatory teacher training and organizational method improvement of in teacher training in support of the network environment simultaneously it provides a reference for the promotion of teacher training effect as well.In this paper it consists six parts:Chapter I, It succinctly describes the research background, purpose and significance of research and research methods.Chapter II, on the basis of the literature research, it re-organizes correlated theoretical basis and concepts, analyzing current research status of participatory method training and participatory of teacher training thoroughly.Chapter III,in the support of collaborative work and learning, group dynamics, and constructivist learning theory based on computer, it puts forward the process design of participation teacher training under network environment, and it also conducts in-deep discussion regard to training needs analysis, training design, training implementation process, training summary and evaluation.Chapter IV, there is a brief introduction of participation teacher training in specific items projects under network environment. Chapter V,on the basis of the questionnaire and statistical analysis, the participation teacher training effect under network environment was evaluated.Chapter VI,based on the preceding study, it induces the research conclusions of this study. In addition, this paper includes some reviews and summaries of research process and content.
