This study used education phenomenological perspective of class cadre system,adhere to the "back to things themselves" attitude towards study, choosing therepresentative of all kinds of class cadre’s life story, pay attention to student’sexistence of class cadre system. Try the essence of class cadres were studied, in orderto find the class cadre to use educational significance. This research try to from aphenomenological perspective of pedagogy pay attention to students’ classroomlearning experience, research directed to the problem: the current school education,teacher in the class cadre troop construction emphasis on standards of achievementand teacher authority penetration, has neglected the student in class life experience.This research from the student experience the class life experience proceed with, inthe form of a story a true representation of the experiences of the students, by thestudents of narrative text reflection, the study subject to appear gradually.Pay attention to the student as a" whole person " exist, first of all to pay attentionto the student in the class cadre system in existence, secondly to understand students’existence, so it is necessary to ask for " the student who is" problem. The studentexperience the story shows: the student is the unique life exists, is immature in therapid development period, is a dynamic individual, education relations in interactivemain body, is realistic, complete person. Study of the main conclusions are as follows:the students of class cadre election various attitudes, direct cause of intense campaignmakes students lack enthusiasm and courage, they responded with silence," false"democratic weaken the students’ active participation," utilitarian" evaluation tostudents’ anxiety, the real reason is that teachers in the class cadre election andignored the students as" the whole person" in the presence of. In conclusion, althoughstudents in class, students just as the container of knowledge or education object inthe classroom, and heart and soul but may not be in the classroom, students are not asa whole person in class, the students as the "man" has been in the class beingdismembered.Based on the above research, to understand students and the class cadre proposesthe following points: students are implementation class cadres rich connotation of the basic premise, such classes and students’ life world are closely linked, such classesfull of love, full of hope, full of sense of responsibility. If the teacher pays attention toand respect the student’s life experience, so, the teacher should "student who is"problems have a clear conscience; at the same time, to the education on the studentsrealize the significance of how to have a sober consciousness, including:"student whois" problems have a clear on the educational significance of consciousness, how thestudent body to achieve a sober consciousness.
