Students Of Class Cadre Institution Of Phenomenological Pedagogy

This study used education phenomenological perspective of class cadre system,adhere to the "back to things themselves" attitude towards study, choosing therepresentative of all kinds of class cadre’s life story, pay attention to student’sexistence of class cadre system. Try the essence of class cadres were studied, in orderto find the class cadre to use educational significance. This research try to from aphenomenological perspective of pedagogy pay attention to students’ classroomlearning experience, research directed to the problem: the current school education,teacher in the class cadre troop construction emphasis on standards of achievementand teacher authority penetration, has neglected the student in class life experience.This research from the student experience the class life experience proceed with, inthe form of a story a true representation of the experiences of the students, by thestudents of narrative text reflection, the study subject to appear gradually.Pay attention to the student as a" whole person " exist, first of all to pay attentionto the student in the class cadre system in existence, secondly to understand students’existence, so it is necessary to ask for " the student who is" problem.
