A Study Of College Students’ Career Planning

Preparedness ensures success, unpreparedness spells failure. Under the backgroundof the society with talent competition, career planning plays an important role in buildingcapacity and the process of employment. At the same time it constitutes a part of the corecompetitiveness of college students. The theory of current career planning is relativelyinsufficient on the application study of our country’s higher school employment guidance.This paper aims to study the application of the related theory of career planning ofcollege students, and focuses on studying the present situation of career planning of Acollege students. It builds career planning of A college students according to the presentsituation of it.A college is a comprehensive university, which has deep historical environment inthe process of long-term developing, and career planning education is also brought intothe education system of A college. In this paper, the first chapter mainly shows thebackground of selecting the topic and research significance, literature review of collegestudents’ career planning, research ideas and methods, and the target and innovationpoints to be achieved. Chapter two expounds basic concepts, procedures, and guidelinesof career planning and training of core ability of college students using basic theory ofcollege students’ career planning. Chapter three analyzes some problems existing in thecollege students’ career planning focusing on making a difference analysis of the presentsituation and organizational structure and teaching situation in the aspects of careerplanning. It finds out existing problems and the causes of problems. By the end of thearticle, it puts forward some constructive suggestions about hardware and softwarefacilities based on the problems of A college students’ career planning, in the aspects ofstudents themselves, teacher equipment of career planning, curriculum setting,introduction of professional test and evaluation software. In order to guarantee theintegrity of the execution and implementation of career planning system, it puts forwardapplication of PDCA cycle theory in the college students’ career planning.
