The emergence of the internet brings big changes to human society. It is not only changes people’s lifestyle but also provides unprecedented space and efficient means of comprehensive development of human. With the popularity of the network, the network enhancements, the rapid increase of the number of Internet users, Internet culture as a new kind of culture in the form of gradual impact on people’s lives, The research about human and network culture relationship, especially the research on human’s thought oral quanlities influence also entered the scope of the study of moral education. High school students,as builders and successors of the socialist cause, should have a good ideological and moral literacy first. However, due to the ability to differentiate of high school students are limitations, in a shock of virtual, open and wide range network culture, the high school students may be influenced easily by bad informations, and produce some negative thoughts. Even more some high school fell by the wayside. Well, the existence of Internet culture which affect the healthy growth of the middle school students specifically, how to use of the Internet culture positively, how to eliminate the negative impact and how to train high school students for good ideological and moral literacy has become an urgent problem. This passage on the basis of high school students use the status of the network as well as to further define the scientific connotation of the Internet culture, idea, behavior, emotional attitude analysis of network culture positive and negative impacts on the students’ ideological and moral. Combined with the whole environment of moral education work, from school, family, social and individual student multidimensional analysis and exploration of building a good network culture, it is a good way to promote students’thought oral quantilities.
