A Study On The Construction Of The TSP System Preventing The Juvenile Deliquency Based On Help And Education

With the social development and the deepening of reform and opening up, Chinais in a full transition period. Various decadent and backward ideologies and culture aswell as all kinds of negative effects affect the young people through different channels.Some youngsters are unknowingly addicted to all sorts of bad habits, and even turn tocrime. In recent years, people are shocked at the juvenile crime and its developmentspeed, great harm and serious nature. How to prevent and reduce the juveniledelinquency is an important topic placed in front of the party committees andgovernments at all levels.The main contents of this thesis are as follows: the definition of juveniledelinquency, the analysis of the criminal mind and behavior, help and education aswell as the crime prevention theories, etc.; the basic situation of juvenile delinquencyand the analysis of the trend, law, motivation and cause; the practice analysis ofconstructing the juvenile delinquency prevention system in the typical areas at homeand abroad, the system construction principles, themes, methods and case studies; theimplementation measures and safeguards; summary of the conclusion and prospects.Five innovative results are explored and achieved in this thesis. Firstly, the teachingmethod of help and education is carried throughout, and this mode is based oninspiration and persuasion, unlike the mandatory restrictions. Secondly, theprevention-dominated teaching mode is proposed, established in improving immunity,planning and preparing ahead. The third is to build the TSP (Total Society Prevention)System, the education and prevention covering all the cities, districts and towns.Fourth, the prevention efforts should be carried throughout the whole growth process,not just at a certain stage of growth. The fifth is the mode of total social participationand management. The social help and education resources are integrated to achievethe maximum effects. Actively exploring and building the TEP System, the juveniledelinquency prevention system based on help and education, are of great importanceand practical significance to protect the healthy growth of young people, promotesocial harmony and stability, and achieve the sustainable development of the countryand nation.
