Teacher professional development has been put forward since the1980’s, which has become a topic of common concern to the world education. With a new round of basic education curriculum reform, teacher professional development has been paid more and more attention. The study of the professional development of teachers in the field and scope is also more and more thorough and meticulous.The school is the main place for the teachers’ development. In promoting teacher professional development, how to play the role of school and to reflect the school’s responsibility is very important. The present study in the new context of curriculum reform, select schools in the2011" Chinese Teacher" and" China Education Newspaper",which are as the object of study. From two aspects, analyses of teacher professional development schools shoulder the important responsibility. One is the practical knowledge of the teacher influences teachers’ teaching activity, the second is the job training to the normal students who is lack of teaching experience is importance. The school pays close attention to the necessity of teacher professional development. Analyze these influencing the teacher professional development school factors,such as the idea of school, the school-based research system formulation, the teacher evaluation system establishment, teachers play professional expertise opportunity and space, a variety of supporting resources guarantee and so on, explain that school of the influencing factors of teacher professional development is not a single.In order to promoting and protecting the professional development of teacher professional development, the school implements the "teachers go to other school and learn to some good teaching methods and invite the expert to visit the school and something like that","teaching and research activities launch".Based on this measures, the school combines with its own development, conducts bold reform and innovation on the teaching mode, makes sure that the teacher professional development in the content and the way obtain the breakthrough and improvement.Finally, according to how to promote efficiently the teachers’ professional development and to aware the problems in the teachers’ professional development, I summary three aspects which state from inside to outside, from the subjective to the objective, and include the school culture construction, the principal leadership and teachers of self-improvement consciousness.
