| Considering the severe facts of continuous decrease of the constitution of teenagersin China for20years, and the new curriculum standard issued by the ministry ofeducation in2003about the "quality education" as the center and "health first" as theguiding ideology of the promulgation of, improving the students’ physical health levelbecomes the centre of the school sports work in our country. School sports organizationas the important sports form and carrier, for strengthening students in physical andmental health, improving the students’ physique level plays a vital role.This paper is to research the status quo the primary and middle school sportscommunity in some cities of our country by using the method of literature, questionnaire,case researching and so on. After surveying the primary and middle school sportscorporation of Beijing, Jilin, Hubei, Jiangsu and Guangdong province by questionnaireand visiting, then understand their organization management, the basic activities, thesituation of students and teachers, found in their problems.After the surveying, the high school sports organizations’form with "student andteacher organized" is given priority to, junior middle school with "the teacherorganizations" and "students and the teacher organized" two kind of forms is givenpriority to, primary schools with "the teacher organizations" give priority to; Indeveloping the quantity and project type, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Beijing are better thenJilin and Hubei; School funding is the main source for the sports clubs, the flow of fundsis to purchase equipment and take part in games inside and outside of the shool; Thefactors that has influence on primary and middle school teachers’ participation in sportscommunity guidance include: free time, their own guidance level, work remuneration,and their own professional knowledge and skills; Presently the model of the middle andprimary school sports club management structure in our country is mainly "the schoolleader-sports group-sports community". And the main problem are: insufficient attentionof the leadership, inadequate funding, lack of students’spare time, lack of the site andequipment, unreasonable arrangements of the activity time, content boring, project typeof a single, parents’ attitude and imperfect rules and regulations, loose organization andmanagement.The main countermeasures to solve the problems include: the school leader shouldchange ideas and strengthen the attention; Reduce the student schoolwork burden,increase the extracurricular activity time, strengthen the funds and the material guarantee,broaden sources of funds; According to the actual situation of the students arrange theactivity time, rich content and the kind of the project; communicate actively with the parents of the students, improve the parents’ support; Perfect the rules and regulations ofthe club, strengthen the organization management. |
