The language discipline, no matter on which countries, because of therelationship between major, all attention. And the focus of Chinese teaching is readingteaching, reading teaching in Chinese teaching is in the foundation and the keyposition, and to a certain extent is the key to the quality of the Chinese teaching.The new curriculum reform in our country since2001for10years, the Chineselanguage teaching reform has never stopped, teaching materials and constantlyupdated, all kinds of educational reform experiment to break out, but in fact there arestill the student schoolwork burden, the student individuality is not developed, readingteaching problems such as inefficient appear time-consuming. Want to solve theseproblems, it is urgent to improve the practice of Chinese reading teaching andpromote the implementation of the new reforms.The elementary school higher grades reading teaching is the whole obligationeducation stage Chinese reading teaching high school students reading emotionalexperience and reading ability of the formation of the critical stage. As the author of the investigation of evidence, the newly revisedChinese curriculum standard (2011edition) has issued and in2012will be September in obligations for the full implementation of the education, this study is given a newmeaning. For both new revised the Chinese curriculum standard (2011edition)executive added some class changes empirical, and for a line of the primary schoolteachers of Chinese language operation platform should provide the reference to thesurface.
