In the September of2004, Shandong, Guangdong, Hainan and Ningxia took theordinary high school new experiment. Then the new reformation in ordinary highschools began. High schools in Jiangxi province also has been in the new curriculumreform ranks in fall since2008for more than three years. The new curriculumreformation is not only in a great scale,but also with the updated ideas,diversifiedcourse structure and teaching strategy features. In the process of curriculumreformation, some issues which need to be resolved must be brought out. If we admitthat the teacher is the ultimate cause of curriculum reformation,whether they adapt tothe new curriculum reformation with the great challenge must be the most importantthing.Is anything adaptability badly in psychology and behavior? what is the root ofthe problem? How to improve teachers’ adaptability to the new curriculumreformation? It is no doubt to the new curriculum reformation has great impact on thetheoretical and practical problem.The author is "in the implementation of the new curriculum high schoolchemistry teachers’ adaptability research" for the subject, in refer to a large number ofdocuments, and on the basis of defining the core concept adaptation, adaptability andteachers’ adaptability, and with the help of the existing research do a theoreticalanalysis. Then questionnaire and interview outline, research JiangXiXi province sevencities21middle school of high school chemistry teachers, they learn about theimplementation of the new curriculum and teaching behavior to the psychologicalsituation, the analysis software spss17.0analyzes data, and finally get the followingconclusions: in the course of high school chemistry teachers of jiangxi province,students, teaching material faith belief layout, curriculum development, studentevaluation has doubts to or not. Combined with the practical situation of theinvestigation, the searching out the influence factors of bad adaptability, and based onthis, puts forward the reasonable Suggestions to for the jiangxi province high schoolchemistry smooth implementation of the new curriculum make some contribution.
