| Private Kindergarten teachers’ professional happiness is important content of theprivite preschool teachers’ professional life,and is one of the important indexs thatmeasure their quality of life and work. Based on defining the concept of privatepreschool teachers’ o professional happiness,this article selected339privatepreschool teachers as resesrch objects who came from different grade privatepreschools in ShangRao city’s urban aeras. It made a investigation on the cuurantsituation of ShangRao city’s private preschool teachers’ professional happiness bycomprehensively using the methord of questionnaire survry,depth interview anddocument analysis.The conclusion drown are the following:1, Shangrao City run child care teachers’ professional happiness current situationis not optimistic,36.3%nearly half of the private kindergarten teachers in a generalstate, and even15.93%of the private kindergarten teachers fundamental experience ofless than professional happiness.2, Degree and early childhood teachers ’professionalhappiness negatively related to the higher education, the lower the occupationalwell-being;kindergarten level, and teaching duties and child care teachers’occupational well-being showing a positive correlation, the kindergarten level andteaching duties the higher, more professional happiness;obvious difference betweenage, seniority, marital status, and preschool teachers career happiness.3,There wereeight factors which influence private preschool teachers’ professional happiness:careelcognition,job achievement,working status,working environment, relation withcolleague,state of health and salary,among them salary directly affected privatepreschool teachers’ professional happiness.Other factors from high to low were careelcognition,state of health,relation with colleague,environment of thepreschool,motivation of working,state of working.4,Teachers obtain professionsalhappiness mainly from the lovely children,the achievement from work and theharmony of the interpersonal relationship.They feel frustrated because of the tedious and mechanical workã€genearchs’misunderstanding their workã€low salaryã€low social security and low social position,and so on.To improve private preschool teachers’ professional happiness, the educationaldepartments should performe their duty admirably,the kindgartens should further improve and standardize their management and the teachers themselves should trytheir best to raise their professional accomplishment. |
