The paper is the study of secondary school language teachers, innovative thinking on this topic. Innovative thinking is a new topic is an old topic, who kept the development and changes, innovative thinking is, only the "change" is unchanged.The thesis focuses on the innovative status of secondary school language teachers thinking and combine their own experience as language teachers grow, research on teacher thinking and innovation. To develop students’ thinking, innovation, the key lies in the innovative thinking of teachers, students teachers must have an independent thinking, sound character, advocating freedom of the spirit.The structure of the paper is a total of three parts:the first part of the main speakers the grounds of the teachers’ thinking, innovative research topics, the case of domestic research, the definition of relevant concepts, research methods and significance of the study.The second part analyzes the causes of lack of teachers’ innovative thinking. Growth through their own experience, have seen the phenomenon, and practice their own and colleagues confused by the literature search, the theoretical analysis, combined with their own thinking, try to find the cause of the problem. Lack of innovative thinking insufficient reason for secondary school language teachers, teachers conformity, convergence, quick success, burnout, a greater extent from the individual teachers: language teachers, lack of knowledge on innovative thinking, reading, self-renewal is the lack of innovative thinking of secondary school language teachers The crux of the problem.The third part to promote innovative strategies of secondary school language teachers thinking. The guidance of experienced teachers and colleagues, classmates and their own exploration through the educational theories of learning:critical reflection, thinking the road of innovation to find in the textbooks of secondary development. Open-minded, independent personality, the concept of equality, vision and firm conviction, the courage to try innovative thinking teachers’ basic literacy. Language teachers through professional reading, the popular theory of critical thinking, their own career planning and improve themselves. Schools and education authorities to provide appropriate professional development pathways for language teachers to find the driving force behind the growth of teachers, language teachers thinking innovation, bringing innovation and development of education and teaching. Keep thinking, innovation and lasting for a language teacher, is very valuable. Language teachers can enhance the innovative beliefs and change their lifestyle and study habits, and design of innovative teaching and learning environment, ready reserve of creative tips to expand their horizons, to use technological means to enhance innovative thinking.Summary of the conclusion part of the language of innovative thinking.Language teachers, innovative thinking through the theoretical analysis, the search of the literature, as well as the test of practice, we will find fall into the operational level:The results of this study, is hyperactivity of the brain, more books, study more, and then by the accumulation quality sublimation to achieve Nirvana process. To teach good students, our teachers must be good enough! Language teachers have to do the mental training and knowledge go hand in hand, training will be thinking.
